Initial adjustment of TEOSTM
TEOSTM has been designed to easily adjust to your body shape, ensuring optimal support and maximum effectiveness. The initial adjustment ensures that the side units are aligned and centered on the sides of your body, providing proper fit. This process is simple to perform and only needs to be done once before use.
To perform the initial adjustment
- Remove the removable cushions from the abdominal and thoracic belts.
- Using the provided allen key, unscrew the 4 adjustment screws on the abdominal belt.
- Slide the panels to adjust alignment and position according to your preferences.
- Retighten the 4 screws with the allen key.
- Repeat these steps for the thoracic belt.
- Replace the removable cushions.
Setting up TEOSTM
Once the initial adjustment is complete and the mechanisms are properly positioned, follow these steps to install TEOSTM for each use:
- Place the lumbar belt around your hips.
- Make sure the thoracic belt is lowered. If not, lower it using the reset button.
- Fasten the lumbar belt around your hips using the main strap.
- Fasten the thoracic belt around your abdomen using the main strap.
- Tighten the dual securing straps to adjust the lumbar belt around your body to prevent slipping during use.
- Also tighten the dual securing straps to adjust the thoracic belt around your body for optimal stability.
Adjusting lumbar decompression force
Once TEOSTM is in place, you can adjust the decompression force to achieve optimal support. This allows you to customize the support intensity based on your needs and comfort.
Easily control the intensity:
- To generate decompression force, press and hold the + button until you reach your desired comfort level.
- To reduce decompression force, press the – button.
- If you feel the lumbar belt shifting on your hips, it means it’s not tight enough. Fully lower the thoracic belt using the reset button and retighten the belts following the “Setting up TEOSTM” steps.

Main Surfaces
Simply wipe with a cleaning cloth that contains no bleaching agents.
Removable Cushions
Hand or machine washable at low temperature. Air drying or low-temperature drying recommended.
Continuous Use
During cushion washing, use the additional set provided to continue benefiting from your brace without interruption.
