1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the sale of the TEOSTM orthopedic device. By purchasing this product, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. TEOSTM is a motorized lumbar orthosis designed to relieve lower back pain and improve the quality of life for its users.

2. Products

TEOSTM is a motorized lumbar orthosis intended to relieve lower back pain. It is available in several sizes: small, medium, and large. Please consult the sizing guides to select the size most appropriate for your needs.

3. Ordering and purchase

You can pre-order the TEOSTM orthosis by completing an online pre-order form, free of charge, with the option to cancel your order at any time before purchase. The TEOSTM orthosis is available for purchase in-store only. To find the location of our retail outlet, please consult the Contact Us section.

4. Price and payment

The price of the TEOSTM orthosis is $4,995 CAD, to which delivery fees and applicable taxes may be added. Payment must be made by credit card directly in-store at the time of purchase. Once payment is completed, you will immediately receive your orthosis.

5. Warranty

TEOSTM is covered by a 12-month warranty, covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect or accidental use of the product. The warranty includes repair or replacement of the product, at Saint-Francis Back Brace’s discretion, in case of failure resulting from a manufacturing defect. 6. Returns and refunds

Sales of medical devices are final upon delivery, except in cases of manufacturing defects or product non-compliance. No refunds or exchanges will be granted for any product that has been opened, used, adjusted, or customized, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed. In the event of a defect, you must notify us in writing within 30 days of receiving the product. After evaluation, a replacement, repair, or refund may be offered depending on the nature of the issue. Please contact our team before returning any product to obtain authorization and proper return instructions.

7. Liability

We cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from incorrect use of the product. It is essential to follow the usage instructions provided with the TEOSTM orthosis. Any use outside the specified indications may result in health risks and void the warranty.

8. Copyright and intellectual property

All intellectual property rights associated with TEOSTM, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights, are the exclusive property of Saint-Francis Back Brace. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content or product constitutes a violation of our intellectual property rights and will be prosecuted under applicable law.

We respect the confidentiality of your personal data. The information you provide when ordering will be used solely for processing your order and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except when necessary for order fulfillment (for example, for shipping).
